Digital Communications

Please use this ticketing system to request help from or submit content to the Digital Communications Department. This can include anything from an item to include in #Notes2Know to getting assistance with the goodyearaz.gov website to graphics creation to requesting a video, and much more. The Service Catalog lists our services. If you can’t find the service you’re looking for, fill out a ticket/request a service for the catalog item that best matches what you need.

Select this option if you need help with the goodyearaz.gov website.

Graphics

Select this option if you need help creating a graphic.

InFocus

Select this option if you have an item for an upcoming issue of the monthly InFocus magazine. Submissions are due 6-8 weeks prior to the month you're requesting due to production timelines. For example, content for the August InFocus would be due by mid-June.

Internal Communications

Select this option if you have an item for #Notes2Know, g-net or employee messaging. Content for #Notes2Know is due by 9:30 a.m. on Tuesdays.

Marketing Campaign

Select this option if you need help getting the word out to the community about something the city is doing.

News Media

Select this option if you need help communicating with the media or if you need a news release.

Photography

Select this option if you need photos taken or if you're looking for archived photos.

Podcast

Select this option if you have an idea for the city's podcast.

Social Media Posts & Management

Select this option if you want to post content to one of the city's social media accounts.

Training

Select this option if you need help with training, such as media training or video training.

Video Production

Select this option if you need a video produced. There are varying levels of video production which have very different turnaround times. Please provide as much information as possible so we can determine an accurate turnaround time.
