Services Provided:
Provide remote access to the city network when not at a city building, such as working from home and support for existing access. Microsoft Authenticator app will be required on your cell phone in order to comply with the two-factor authentication. For Public Safety, RSA two-factor authentication is required.
Service Availability:
M-F 8:00AM-5:00PM excluding city holidays. After hours support is available by calling IT Service Desk 623-882-7850 and pressing option 3.
Service Levels:
Access is granted within 2-business days from when the service request is received.
