Services Provided:
City issued devices are managed centrally by IT to ensure apps are vetted as safe and one app is chosen for enterprise use. Apps are deployed based on job duties and department. All new apps requested must be reviewed and approved by the city's security team for vulnerabilities and standards. Some apps may need further approval by the department management.

M-F 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. excluding Holidays
Service Levels:
New business apps may take up to seven (7) business days to be vetted, approved and deployed to city issues cell phones or tablets.
