Services Provided:
Global settings are in place to prevent staff from accessing sites that are not an acceptable use, poses a risk to the organization or deemed to be malicious.
Submit a request when a site is blocked that you believe is safe and should be allowed for access. The site will be assessed by the IT security team for validity and safety of the city's network.
Service Availability:
M-F 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. excluding Holidays
Service Levels:
Request will be acknowledged within 2 hours and resolved within 2 Business days.
