Services Provided:

Requesting department drive space increase or maintenance. Folder access to city staff or groups, folder or file restores and new folder creation.

M-F 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. excluding Holidays

 

Service Levels:

Troubleshooting is acknowledged within 1 hour and resolved within 2 Business days.
