Creates or updates web maps and GIS applications such as GYMaps, existing GIS apps, Field Maps, and Survey123. This service supports requests for new web maps, changes to existing applications, and configuration updates that help departments work more efficiently in the field or office.
Service Availability:
M-F 8:00AM-5:00PM excluding city holidays.
Service Levels:
Services can take up to 60 days from the time a request is submitted and all required documentation is received
