What is a Project?
A project is a temporary initiative undertaken to create value by delivering a unique product, service, or result. Every project has a defined beginning and end. At the City of Goodyear, an IT project typically requires a minimum of 40 combined staff hours and involves coordination across multiple city departments.

Submit a Project Request:
The request is the first step in starting a new technology-related project. The request helps IT capture new projects and understand the existing demand and the resources needed to complete the project. Select the Request a Service button on the right side, fill out the form in its entirety and select the Submit button. You will receive an email notice that it was received, and an IT PM will reach out to you in about 1 week to discuss your Request and walk you through the rest of the process.
