Services Provided:
Installing new audio visual (AV) and conferencing equipment, training for using the technology and support for maintenance. Renaming conference rooms, setting up and changes for scheduling conference rooms.
Service Availability:
M-F 8:00 AM-5:00 PM excluding holidays. Special event support can be requested and scheduled with advanced notice.
Service Levels:
New equipment orders have a lead time up to 6 weeks plus additional time for installation. Some special equipment are experiencing longer than normal leads times. Support is provided within 4 hours from receipt of ticket. Training request are scheduled within 3 business days of request being made.
