Services Provided:
Self Service Password Reset has been enabled for your Microsoft 365 account, all you need to do is register. After you complete the registration process you can use the following link http://aka.ms/sspr or click on "Can't access your account?" on the sign on page to reset or unlock your account from any Internet connected device. If you know your password, but locked your account, accounts are automatically unlocked after 30 minutes.
If you still need additional Service Desk assistance, click "Password Reset or Unlock" button.
Service Availability:
Business hours are M-F 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. excluding Holidays. After hours support is available by calling IT Service Desk 623-882-7850 and pressing option 3.
Service Levels:
Using the self-service reset option is a real-time service not requiring service desk assistance. Requesting a password reset or unlock will be completed within 1 hour of receiving the request.
