• Any type of vehicle to be added to the Goodyear Fleet of equipment.
• New Equipment on existing fleet units.
• Additional funding needed for operational changes to vehicles/equipment in the approved Fleet Asset Replacement Plan. (not covered by funding in the Plan)
*Note: this form is not needed for Replacement vehicles in the 'Approved' Fleet Asset Replacement Plan
