Instructions for how a user can change their password in Central Square EAM (Lucity) Web or the EAM Mobile App.

Instructions
Users can change their EAM (Lucity) password using either the web or mobile application. Changing a password is usually needed for new users that are given a temporary password to EAM (Lucity) or existing users that require their password is reset due to locking.
Instructions will begin with EAM Web. Skip to step 6 for directions on how to change a password using the EAM Mobile app.
- To change a password using EAM Web, open a Chrome browser and navigate to the web application URL - https://atdcvmprdluc.goodyearaz.pri/LucityWindowsAuth/. This site can also be accessed via the g/net portal under Applications.

- Once logged into EAM (Lucity), click on the user name in the upper right-hand corner.

- Select Change Password from the options displayed.

- Enter current password, new password, and confirmation on the Change Password screen. Then click OK.

- The password has been changed.
- To change a password in the EAM Mobile app, open the app on a mobile device (iOS or Android).

- Log in using Lucity credentials.

- Click on Mobile if the Select Application screen opens.

- From the dashboard, click on the upper right icon with three dots. Then select Change Password from the options listed.

- Enter current password, new password, and confirmation on the Change Password screen. Then select Change Password.

- Password has been changed.
