EAM (Lucity) Mobile App Setup

Overview

Instructions for how to download and setup Central Square EAM (Lucity) Mobile App. The Mobile App can be used on iOS and Android devices.

Definitions

EAM = Enterprise Asset Management

EAM Mobile App uses application authentication, so users must have a user name and password to access it.

Lucity 2.0 is no longer being used.

Instructions

Screen shots shown are from an iPad, although same steps can be used on other devices.

  1. Search for and download Central Square EAM app from store.

        

  1. After download completes, open app, and click on Clients (upper right-hand corner).

     

  1. Enter the following settings on the Edit Client screen:
    • Name = Production
    • Enter Host = publicapps.goodyearaz.gov
    • Verify other fields are filled in

     

  1.   Select Done to return to the log in screen.

     

  1. Enter user name and password on log in screen.

     

  1. Select Mobile on the next screen which will open the app to your assigned dashboards.

     

  1. Change password, if using temporary password to log in.

      

  1. Use the mobile app as needed or log out.
