Overview
Periodically, applicants will request a project to be withdrawn for various reasons. Before withdrawing an application, verify all fees (when applicable) have been paid in full.

A. Launch the desired project
B. Delete the files
- Select the Files tab
- Choose a folder that contains files
- Select the All button
- Click the Delete button
- Repeat as necessary, removing files from all folders

C. Edit the workflow instance
- Select the Info tab
- Select the ProjectFlow Tab
- Click on the Edit Workflow Instance icon
- Select Terminate
- Enter Reason (example provided below)
- Terminate
- Save

D. Upload the Email request under Files > Internal Case Files
E. Update the Status
- Select the Info tab
- Select the Project Edit Tab
- Select Withdrawn from the Status dropdown
- Save
