Tyler Public Safety - Setting up new user Terminal Operator Certificate (TOC)

Overview

Setting up new user Terminal Operator Certificate (TOC) in both Tyler Public Safety CAD, Mobile and LERMS

Instructions

  1. For Mobile and CAD functions, open Enterprise Security > Users > Search Users

  1. Open user and add TOC ID to GENERAL tab and NCIC CERTIFICATION tab

  1. For LERMS and NCIC functions, open New World MSP Maintenance

  1. Select NCIC > NCIC Settings
  2. Select NEW and add user login and Certification ID
