Setting up new user Terminal Operator Certificate (TOC) in both Tyler Public Safety CAD, Mobile and LERMS

Instructions

1. For Mobile and CAD functions, open Enterprise Security > Users > Search Users

2. Open user and add TOC ID to GENERAL tab and NCIC CERTIFICATION tab

3. For LERMS and NCIC functions, open New World MSP Maintenance

4. Select NCIC > NCIC Settings
5. Select NEW and add user login and Certification ID
