Description
This Development Agreement is between the City and Globe Land Investors, LLC (Owner), effective December 31, 2024, and recorded in the Official Records of Maricopa County. The Agreement governs responsibilities for design, construction, cost‑sharing, dedication, and long‑term obligations associated with extending North Civic Square to Monte Vista Road, including full street, drainage, utilities, sidewalks, landscaping, and related public infrastructure improvements. The Agreement is established under A.R.S. § 9‑500.05 as covenants running with the land.
