Description
Agreement identifies enhanced landscaping that Owner is required to construct pursuant to the Approved Zoning and that Owner has committed to constructing to facilitate the development of the Property, the City has agreed to provide a partial reimbursement for the costs incurred in the design, installation and construction of the enhanced landscape improvements Owner is required to construct.
