Description
To memorialize the covenants and agreements between the City and the Goodyear Sarival SS, LLC, with regard to the construction of "Building B" upon the Pueblo Verde Storage Property with a zero setback, and with regard to the removal of the existing west rear yard (side) wall located upon the Goodyear Fire Station 184 Property, and with regard to the Building B east wall perpetually functioning as the new west rear yard (side) wall of the Goodyear Fire Station 184 Property.
