Description
Cotton Lane Force Main Casings were not installed in accordance with the Original Approved Plans. City is willing to allow the installation of the By-Pass Cotton Lane Force Main Casings as an alternative to Owner removing and replacing the existing Cotton Lane Force Main Casings subject to the submittal of engineering plans demonstrating that the By-Pass Cotton Lane Force Main Casings will work as represented. No TCO for any building except the specified Structure (the specific building at 17315 W MC85, Goodyear, AZ), and only after the City accepts the limited set of work under Section 6.5. Once the permanent CO for the Structure issues, the agreement terminates, and the cash deposit is returned within 5 business days.
