Description
This Amended and Restated Development Agreement for Rainbow Valley modifies the infrastructure requirements in the Initial Development Agreement to incorporate changes needed because of the inclusion of the additional 320 acres included within the Amended Rainbow Valley PAD adopted by Ordinance 2021-1507. Project is envisioned to be a premier master-planned community with a diversity of residential product types, commercial, shopping and retail sites, and a network of trails, parks, and open spaces.
