Mixed-use development of the Property that may incorporate all or any portion of the following: shopping and other retail uses; hotel, motel restaurant, bar and other hospitality uses; office uses; automobile sales, leasing and related facilities; amusement areas including theatres and arenas; recreational, park and open areas; residential development, including single-family, townhome and condominium, stand-alone multifamily, multi-family above retail or office, live-work units and high-density residential; and all other uses related, appurtenant or ancillary to the foregoing. Project was originally proposed as a regional shopping mall site but was subsequently re-designed by amendments.
