Overview
this document will walk you through the process of forwarding a Teams Call Queue through the Teams Admin Center.

Instructions
1. Access the Microsoft Teams Admin Center
2. From the left menu expand "voice" and select "Call queues".
3. In the main windows pane navigate to the Call queue you want to set forwarding on.
4. Open the call queue and select the "Exception Handling" option

5. Expand the "Call overflow" section. Take a screen shot of the configuration settings to ensure you configure the option correctly when forwarding is no longer needed.

6. Set the "Maximum calls in queue" to 0.
7. Select the "Redirect this call to" radio button.
8. Set the "redirect to" option to "External phone number"
9. Country calling code option to "United States (+1)
10. Enter the phone number you would like the call queue forwarded to entering the 10-digit number. No spaces or formatting required for the phone number.

11. Press the "Submit" button to save the changes.
