ProjectDox - Error Viewing Documents

Overview

Plan reviewers may sometimes receive an error message when trying to preview or view documents within a project. This problem can occur when selecting all files in the Documents and Plans folder and opting to 'View Checked Files in Binder'. While users are able to scroll through the documents, an error might be triggered by a specific document.

Documents containing multiple layers are known to create complications in Brava, frequently requiring republishing to rectify these issues.

Instructions

Once you have identified the document with multiple layers, please follow the instructions provided below:

1. Select the 'Files' tab.
2. Choose the 'Documents and Plans' folder.
3. Open the desired document.
4. From the file toolbar, select 'Publish', then choose 'Publish to PDF'.
5. Click on the 'Publish' button.
6. Press 'OK' to confirm.

1. A new tab will open; click 'Save.' 
2. Go to your downloads folder and choose the document.
3. Click 'Save.'
4. Click on the 'Files' tab.
5. Click 'Upload Files.'
6. Click 'Browse for Files' and choose the file you wish to republish.
7. Click 'Start Upload.'
