Overview

 

Random error messages have occurred with the Accela integration. The Development Services Department Project Administrators have permission to restart the instance after the issue has resolved in Accela.

Instructions

Launch the project in ProjectDox open the Workflow Designer.

 

Search for the error message below then follow the instructions to resolve the issue.

503 Server Unavailable

Issue: This is a server-side error that indicates that a web server is temporarily unable to handle a request.

Resolution: Restart the workflow instance in ProjectDox.

  1. Select Restart the instance.
  2. Choose Process the instance.
  3. Select Refresh.

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Issue: Owner or applicant does not exist in Accela.

Resolution: Update Accela, restart the workflow instance in ProjectDox.

  1. Select the Files from Accela button.
  2. Click Restart the instance.
  3. Choose Process the instance.
  4. Select Refresh.
