Overview
Use the following settings to allow external scanning to email from the City of Goodyear's Konica Minolta devices.
Definitions
SMTP (The Simple Mail Transfer Protocol is an Internet standard communication protocol for electronic mail transmission. Mail servers and other message transfer agents use SMTP to send and receive mail messages.
Instructions
- Enter the IP address of the printer in a browser.
- Log on as Administrator. (The Administrator password for the print devices is stored in Keeper.)
- Go to Network > E-mail Setting > E-mail TX (SMTP)
- Use the following settings.

- If the scan to email function does not work, the printer’s certificate may have expired.
- To create a new Certificate, follow these steps.
- Select the Security tab > Device Certificate Settings > New Registration

- Select SSL Setting. TLSv1.2 should be the only selected tab.

- If scanning is required for Internal use only, use the following settings.
