Overview
This article provides instructions for notifying ProjectDox (Avolve Software) of issues identified by the Development Services Department that are beyond the resolution capabilities of the City of Goodyear’s Applications Division.
NOTE: Please report system outages immediately to ProjectDox, Development Services Department, Service Desk (use outage template) and the IT Severe Events team's channel.

When reporting an issue, please make sure to include all relevant information, particularly the required fields, to help address the problem effectively.

Enter the login information and password (see Keeper Password Manager & Digital Vault).
Choose Submit a Ticket
From the dropdown menu, select ProjectDox Support Request.
Complete all required fields, including a detailed description of the request, and attach any supporting documentation or files as needed.
Submit a TDX ticket using the ProjectDox System Outage template.
