Canon & HP Printer Support & Toner Orders

Overview

This document will explain how to request support for your Canon, HP, or Konica printer as well as how to order supplies and toner.

Definitions

POA - Pacific Office Automation: The company who supports our printing fleet. 

TDX - Teamdynamix: The ticketing system used by the Information Technology department

Contact IT

  1. To report an issue with your office printer or to order toner please enter a TDX ticket 
  2. Select the appropriate button when submitting your ticket.
    1. "Report a Problem" button to report an issue you are having with your printing device.
    2. "Request a Service" button to request toner or other supplies for the device. IT does not supply paper. 
  3. When entering the ticket please include the City asset tag that should be located on the front of the printer. 
    1. There is a second tag on the printer that is the POA asset tag.  You can include this tag in the ticket description but it is not necessary.
