Configuring OneDrive

  1. Sign in to the laptop
    • First initial last name (Ex. John Doe, jdoe)
    • Password (If this is the first time reference the login sheet)
  2. Click on the grey cloud icon on the bottom right of the screen

  3. Click the Blue Sign in

  4. Type in your email FirstName.Lastname@goodyearaz.gov (Ex. John.Doe@goodyearaz.gov) then click Sign in

  5. The password is the same password you use to sign into the computer, click the Blue Sign in Button

  6. It will take a minute or two to sign in once it does Click Ok on the bottom Right (If you signed into Teams or email first you may not get this message)

  7. Click DONE

  8. Click NEXT

  9. Make sure the three sliders show Blue, Click Start Backup

  10. Click Next

  11. Click Next

  12. This step shows you how to determine where something is saved give it a quick review and Click Next

  13. If you want to add it to your mobile please go through the Comp Portal App, Click Later

  14. Click Open my OneDrive folder

  15. Now every time you open File Explorer you should see OneDrive on the left side pane
