Issues with Receipt Printer not scanning, or printing or user is receiving error below. 

ISSUE:  Receiving this error:

"The Tyler Cashiering Hardware Console has not been started. Please start the Hardware Console..."

1. Close Tyler Cashiering Web Browser 

2. Close Tyler Cashiering Hardware console. Find it in Start up (lower right-hand corner), right Click on “Tyler Cashiering Hardware Console, Click Exit.

Restart the program by searching for Tyler in search bar and select  "Cashiering Hardware Console (Web)”

Lastly, have the user test again.
