How to add favorites to Speed Dial on MP54 and MP56 devices

Speed Dial

Speed dial is a function that MP54/MP56 devices have so you can favorite numbers and dial out faster than typing out the number for the contact. Follow the steps below to learn how to add numbers to the speed dial of the phone. You will need to have called the number previously so that it could be added to the favorites(Speed Dial).

  1. This is the main menu of the phone screen. You will want to tap on the calls menu to start adding numbers to the speed dial. 


     
  2. Once you tap calls the menu below will appear and you will want to go into the recent menu.

     
  3. Under the recent menu you will see your call history and an small circled I on the right side of the contact name. You will want to tap on that so you can get to the sub menu for the contact.


     
  4. Tap on "Add to speed dial" so you can add that contact to your speed dial list. It will look like the below example.


    5. You will know that you added a contact to the speed dial by looking on the left side of the calls menu and seeing the contact you added on that side.
