Overview
Administrators are able to personalize the display text settings in Civic Platform in order to change the default text and reinforce the terminology, making instructions and messages clearer for users. Additionally, the business can request updates to include urgent messages related to ACA, such as fee changes, system maintenance, or other important information.
Instructions
Launch Accela Civic Platform

Select Administration.

Under Administration, select ACA Admin.

Select General for global changes then select Disclaimer.

Review the categories then select the Page to be updated.

Click the text box to activate the field.

Under Page Properties, select the Value field.

Update the language using the toolbar to format the text.

Select OK.

Select Save.
