Accela - Civic Access Outage Notification

Overview

IT should post a notification on the Accela Citizen Access website when applicants cannot access ACA.

Definitions

ACA = Accela Citzen Access

Accela Citizen Platform = Back office

Instructions

Log into the Accela Citizen Platform.

  1. Select Administration. 
  2. Select ACA Admin Under Administration.
  3. Select General.
  4. Under Login Screen, select Login.
  5. Click the yellow highlighted area to activate the page properties.
  6. Under Page Properties, select Instructions.
  7. Enter the notification information, and press OK.
  8. Close the Login tab. Accela Admin displays a "Saved Successfully" notice, press OK. 
  9. Log into ACA to confirm the notice appears on the Login screen.
