Overview

Randomly, users will receive an Application Error (see below) when logged into the Accela Civic Platform. This typically means the user's session has expired. 

Instructions

  1. Close your browser.
  2. Launch a new browser session.
  3. Clear their cache.
  4. Log back in to Accela Civic Platform.

NOTE: If the above instructions do not clear the error, submit a TDX ticket for the Business Applications group.
