Incident Reporting - Edit Common Choice Values

Overview

Risk Management Administrators have permissions to edit the list of common choice values used when creating incidents.

Definitions

Incident Location = Ballpark, Canada Village, FS181 - 450 N 143rd Ave, etc.
Common PD Locations = Avondale, Buckeye, Surprise, etc.
City Property Descriptions = 
ITS Property Descriptions = Irrigation, Tree, Walls, etc.
Traffic Property = Cabinets, Electric Pedestal, Street Sign, etc. 
File Choices = PD Report, Invoice, Photo etc.
Injury Types = Triagenow, Covid
Departments = City of Goodyear Departments

Instructions

  1. Launch the Incident Report application
    1. Select Admin Dashboard
    2. Under Edit Common Choice Values, select the value to Edit
    3. Choose to Add new... 
    4. Enter the description in the field provided
    5. Select Save
    6. Close
