Tyler Public Safety Mobile Management Update

Overview

These instructions will walk you through deploying a Fleet Management Client Data update.  This update needs to be pushed with any call sign or Mobile form updates.

Instructions

  1. Log into https://apdvvmnwpmms/mobile-management using the Use Integrated Authentication Check Box and click Sign In

  1. Select Update Client Data from the Fleet Management drop down menu on the left of the site

  1. Expand Client Data Options
  2. Select Production radio button from under the Update Type

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Submit

  1. Once the screen looks like the below screen shot the process is complete
